A distinctive aura and feeling nurtures your soul. The blue Pacific Ocean, Los Frailes Island and the palms swaying in the breeze provide a scenic backdrop for the soaring thatched roof palm palapa and expansive outdoor living area with infinity pool.

Lush tropical landscape surrounds the casa. Oversized cut natural cut stone flooring and huge terra cotta pots of bouganvilla enhance the open patio.

The infinity pool with the adjacent sun terrace appointed with teak table and chaises Provides a calm tranquility to the backdrop of the pacific ocean and many surrounding hillside villas nestled in the palms.

Each of the four large bedrooms is appointed with floor to ceiling windows to enhance your Pacific views. All bedrooms are crafted with marble. The wood cabinetry and the doors are all custom and enhance the feel of the villa. Three bedrooms have king sized beds and the fourth has two double beds.

All suites are fully furnished with indoor seating areas, full bathrooms and walk-in showers. Three of the four suites enjoy complete water views over the Pacific Ocean. The house has five separate zones of air conditioning. One suite is a casita with a kitchen and one-bedroom apartment.

Master Suite: The master suite is on the main entrance level next to the TV room. With floor to ceiling windows, it provides a stunning ocean view overlooking the beautiful villas of La Punta. Amenities of this suite include a spacious walk-on shower, double sinks and first-class furnishings.

Guest Suite with 2 Double Beds: Capture a breathtaking view from this suite's private terrace, which offers two double beds with custom bedspreads, marble flooring.

Guest Suite with King Sized Bed: With its stunning south-facing view from the private terrace, this spacious guest suite offers a king-sized bed with custom bedspreads.
